Received in April, fast shippingHowever when I plugged it in the first time sparks flew out of the power panel where the temp control is. Unplugged and plugged back in and it worked. Used a total of 5 times and it did the same thing, large pop and sparks, now it is dead. Have tried contacting the seller and have received no response. I’m upset because this was for personal use and bought with a gift card prize I won. Now I have no $$ to replace it and I was just getting into making shirts and using it.UPDATE—just received word back from seller and they are replacing the unit. I will update product review after receiving unit if it works and doesn’t spark.

love it as a heat press but too small in my opinion , dont like the fact its hard to understand the time and temp controls..poor instructions
