Great starter laptop X1 Carbon by Lenovo <3
Quality built laptop computer with a lot of useful features like this keyboard I'm typing on now, which is ergonomic and back-lit with Fn+Space bar. Some applications able to run easily are Excel, word, browsing internet is quick, videos are FHD, no 4k option. Games I'm playing are Fallout 3 with high graphics settings , CSGO runs, something like Skyrim is pushing it but runs. hasn't given me issue in the week or so I've been using it daily. Work , School, Games , this laptop is still viable a well rounded more secure alternative to a MacBook. for gaming its running about at an Xbox 360 rate. battery life is long, nice touchpad and the keys on the keyboard feel very comfortable to type on. got it refurbished and was in impressive condition. for 2024 its a good option for anyone not looking for a secure, trustworthy. in conclusion the ThinkPad has been used in space and was the only laptop model certified for use on the International Space Station until 2016. that speaks for itself!
