Firstly great instrument for someone who wants to own a many in one instrument. I was initially sceptical of this instrument only because it is a multi percussion instrument and was not sure of sound quality. Few days of pracitice and quickly realised the sound is amazing and there was no compromise on Cajon part. I did have a problem with the know being slipping loose when playing, however one quick call to support has resolved the issue. Recommend for both serious amateur and pro players.

I initially dint like the sound but after a while i figured out the spots and it started sounding great. Overall i am happy with this product.

I received the item on time. However the bag has some white stain at different location. Furthermore, after trying the instrument with its strap (included) for around 30mn, I noticed the strap on one end came off (bad stitching). I contacted the seller to report this with photos. The seller proposed to reimburse me the purchase of a new strap up to 10$. I could find locally a store where to buy a new strap for 9.27$(tax included). I contacted the seller and provided a photo of the nee strap and the receipt. The seller asked me to phone a number and provide my card number for reimbursement. Tried several times the phone number but no one picked up the phone. I gave up and am providing this review with my experience. UPDATE : I contacted the seller again to inform my bad experience. The person replied that it is not open Sundays or Mondays but today should fine. So I called today and had a kind lady who has initiated the refund for the strap I had to buy. So I added a star for the service.

Great sound, light to handle! I recently bought this Clapbox and I'm really impressed! It's lightweight, well-built, and feels like good quality. What I love most is how easy it is to play — even with minimal effort, you get a nice crisp sound. It blends beautifully when played along with other tracks, making jamming super fun. Definitely a great buy for beginners or anyone looking to enjoy rhythm without much complexity
