The device is functional and does provide a generous amount of cervical traction. I find it a little difficult to get it positioned so that it does not compromise swallowing and not produce significant compression of the carotid arteries. Since necks vary in their anatomical structure from one person to another, it most likely fits some individuals better than others. All in all, it seems to be well constructed and durable, and I feel that it does what it is intended to do.

The feature that sold me was the ergonomic design - front is slightly lower than back. This makes it very comfortable and effective.The device itself is very flexible and the outside covering is so soft. The traction squeeze bulb doesn't take long to fill it. The storage bag is a welcomed addition, though I haven't needed to store it yet. (Honestly, except for the fact that I look like a Star Wars character when I wear it, I HIGHLY recommend.)

I fell and got a concussion in January. Since then I have been dealing with PCS (post-concussion syndrome), which causes frequent headaches. Part of my treatment at physical therapy is neck traction. It relaxes and realigns the muscles in my neck and shoulders, which helps reduce the frequency and severity of my headaches. Although the NeckFix uses a different mechanism, it achieves the same results. It's even more comfortable than the traction machine at PT. I recommend it for anyone who has headaches or neck issues.

I'm recovering from whiplash and decided to try the traction device. Wow...i'm in love! It really has made a big difference in my rehab at home. Caution, follow instructions and do not over inflate the device as this could do more harm than good. Please get this device and use it as instructed and I know you won't regret it.

Works exactly as described. The fabric is soft and comfortable. I use for the occasional migraine and neck kink from sleeping wrong. Stretches my neck to get rid of the kink and quickly relieves pain from my migraine without me having to take medication.

When I get home from work I like to sit on the couch, but am always trying to find something to prop my head up with. I always have a stiff neck due to my job. This product works wonders. I can wrap it around my neck and inflate it to the perfect amount for me. It is super easy to inflate and then deflate when I am finished. It would also travel easily, if I were to ever take it with me in the future.

This device is very easy to use. It helped my chronic neck pain from the very first time I used it. I need to have better posture to not create this problem but let’s face it we all are looking at phones and computers and have poor posture. I can see myself using this device regularly for the rest of my life! The only minor issue is the valve to keep the air in the device for when I will use it next. It seems to completely deflate but it’s not a big deal to me!
