OK, so why did I not know of these sooner!??
Perhaps like me you love making and eating great food but get a little tired of the same-old spices and herbs. Take notice, America, of SERIOUS FOODIE. It's in caps because it deserves caps. This company has created some outstanding products and I urge you to try them. We've tried all except one and each added a depth and dimension to our food we could not get without them. Yowser, this is great stuff.Important note--had a slight problem with one spice and the company immediately agreed to replace it. Even got a note from the CEO. Now, seriously, that kind of customer service is what makes our lives easier, right??Thanks, SERIOUS FOODIE, for your great products and service. If you haven't tried any of them yet DO NOT WAIT. Just do it now. You won't be disappointed.

Honey is NOT vegan
I ordered the vegan spice blend. One of the jars’ first ingredient - granulated honey. HONEY. Bees work a lifetime to produce a teaspoon of honey and we manage to steal it. On top of that, we false advertise the said product as vegan. Veganism is not a diet. It’s an ethical stance taken against the exploitation of animals.

Best chicken wing spice!
We love chicken wings and I've been trying to find something different for the spice. My husband declared the African spice rub is his favorite...ever! I've tried a lot of spice variations so th at is saying a lot. Also, no more ordering chicken wings from a restaurant. We're excited to try the rest of the spices!

Seriously Good Roasted Chicken
Yesterday I slow-roasted a whole chicken fryer in the oven after giving it a serious rub down with the Seattle Espresso Spice Rub. I carefully worked a finger or two between the skin and the flesh of the chicken and just poured a bunch of this rub in the pocket and rubbed it around. Then I put several large spoonfuls in the cavity and rubbed that around too. I roasted it on a rack with some water in the drip pan to keep it moist at 280 degrees for 2 hours and then another 30 minutes at 350 degrees until it was golden. Seriously Good Roasted Chicken!

West African rub should be sold separately
I do not like that I have to buy this trio to get the West African rub. My favorite is the West African rub and I would like to buy it separately or buy it in a package of three.I use it on my wings after I take them out of the Airfryer.

luv them
luv the Kentucky Bourbon and Tex Mex . I have stir fried with chicken and used them on Tri Tip. Lots of flavor but even better if you put the rub on then let sit in the refridgerator for a couple of hours or more before cooking. Nice blend of spices.
