I'm still experimenting with this medium. I don't expect to be disappointed.

(This review is only relevant to those using matte and flat paints) It may seem like this additive causes your paint to have a satin, almost gloss finish at first after it dries, but let it cure fully before passing judgement. I have noticed that it usually dries with the flat finish I’m looking for, but I have also noticed that when I have to use a lot of this medium to thin down very thick paints, it can sometimes take a while to fully achieve the final finish. It usually take about 12-24 hours to fully cure, but I almost wrote this medium off at first when it took almost 3 full days to fully cure. This may have very well just me using too much product in my mix, so I definitely don’t want to make it seem like I’m complaining about the product, I really like it and recommend it highly. I just wanted to bring attention to this, to better inform my fellow artists.

OMG THIS IS A LIFE SAVER, I bought a bunch of fluid paint from golden because they didn’t have the colors I wanted for airbrushing in stock and so I went with buying this to replace the high fluid paint, this stuff is so cool because you can make it as thin or thick as you desire. And I feel like it makes the paint last longer. It has directions on the bottle as well.

I am a model builder, not an artist. I use this to thin acrylic paints for airbrushing, mainly model master paints. I tried using MM thinner, and found this to work better. I have been very pleased with the result, as the paints airbrush smoothly, and I noticed less dry tip. I have a ton of MM acrylics, and have been using this regularly, and highly recommend it. Since it is basically a clear acrylic, it does not weaken the paint like some other thinners can. I will definitely be buying more when this runs out, but I think this bottle will last quite a while since you don't need much.

Once you get the right ratio dialed in, this is THE medium to use for Turbo Dork metallic and turboshift paints. Just remember that you don't need as much for hand brushing as you do airbrushing so adjust properly.

This is great

I'm a long-time user of Golden products, and I'm just getting into airbrush painting. Used this to dilute the Golden paints I have and it worked great so far. Golden products aren't the cheapest, but you get what you what you pay for!
