A good Minoxidil product, and unlike some others, the sprayer on this product works extremely well. I use Roman Shampoo and Conditioner, and am happy to add this my routine, and it's not expensive.

I like the fact that this is from a company with a New York, US address. As far as the ingredients go, it's a standard 5% minoxidil. What makes this one stand apart is how well the applicator works. If you read the instructions on the box, you will see that this product is only for balding at the crown of your head, not the front of your head, all over, or anywhere else. As for the strident warnings on the box about women not using it, you can do your own research but it's important to also talk to your doctor about what the cause of your thinning hair is and whether you might benefit from this product. If you decide to do it, you will need to commit to a number of months before finding out if you are one of the people for whom this will be effective. I think their strong warning "only for men" on the box may be because it MUST NOT be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women. At first, only a 2% solution was approved for women who were not of childbearing age, but there's some research suggesting that the addition of propylene glycol in 5% formulas might actually be what makes it more effective than the 2%. Again, consult your doctor.

I received this in good time, but when I opened the package the first warning was do not use if you are a woman. It does not say in the title it is only for men or do not use if you are a woman. I was really disappointed I could not use this.

First thing I want to put out there- What's with all the "For men only" marketing? Minoxidil is safe for both men and women, so I suspect this branding is because the company's target is men. Anyways, the husband is self conscious of a growing spot on the back of his head, so when I saw this, I figured now is a good time to see if anything can be done about it. Before I continue, I want go say that we are fully aware that this is a process, a commitment of time, energy and money. We don't expect results in 2 weeks or after just 1 bottle, and you shouldn't either. With that, If you are ready to start the journey, start with one bottle and see if you tolerate it well. When you know for sure, then it's a good idea (and a better value) to order the 2 pack. ☆After a patch test to see if he could tolerate the formula, he started the 2x/day regiment. ☆The spray bottle provides a very easy and precise application. At first I was doing the application, but after a few days, he started doing it himself. Even on the back of the head, the nozzle and sprayer make getting the product where it needs to be (down at the root) very easy. ☆This has no discernible scent. It doesn't leave any sort of caste or shine either. No one will ve able to tell you have treated the area. ☆The first few applications, my husband mentioned a "slight tingle" or "weird sensation". He said it was "very faint and not bothersome at all". This could have been completely in his head though. ☆After 2 weeks, there was some slight flaking of the scalp. Nothing crazy, just a few spots that were a bit rough feeling and had some shedding/new skin coming in. This came along with some slight itching. Again, nothing crazy or serious. After some research we learned that this was normal. ♡The first bottle has a few more applications left and another is on the way (we re-ordered the 2 pack). So far, so good but it is still too early to tell. I'll come back and update if/when something different happens.

The stuff didnt work for me. Tried it for 3 months till i called it quit. I definitely did not like the spray pump. Its a whole lot messier than foam minoxidil. Annoyed that I wasted my time applying this stuff twice a day on a small thinning spot and did not see any results. Even took supplements too. Just had a little bit of irritation.

roman’s Men’s 5% Minoxidil spray was easy to add to my husband's routine. He sprays just enough to get his scalp wet and gives it a quick rub. It dries under his cap by the time he gets back from his morning walk, and you would not be able to tell from his fluffy hair that he was using this. Since it takes between 2 to 4 months to see the effects of minoxidil, and this is a 30-day supply, I cannot comment on efficacy. However, I chose the roman brand because they are a growing U.S. based telehealth company (under ro.com) with an integrated pharmacy and they went through the trouble of obtaining a current NDC number, so I believe that this is a genuine product.

This has really given me results fairly quickly compared to the many others I've used. I don't know why because the ingredients aren't vastly different between brands. I wonder if the sourcing can be different for something like minidoxil. Either way this is very easy to apply and spread evenly. It looks like a small bottle at first but it has lasted me weeks, despite using it regularly. I leave it in for a bit longer than the directions say to, bug not much longer. It seems to have stimulated my hair follicles and or strengthen my roots within only a few weeks. Much less shedding and even seemingly the start of new baby Hairs. Nothing anyone else probably noticed yet but I can see it!! Highly recommend

I've used the foam and liquid dropper forms for this hair loss treatment. I find the foam, while convenient, is difficult to get to the root. The dropper does a great job of getting to the root but the problem is that it dispenses so much at once so it's difficult to spread it out over the scalp What's great about this is that it's a spray bottle. So you're able to get to the root while also covering a large surface area per squirt. Highly recommend this for anyone who is looking to efficiently apply their hair loss treatment!
