Great for peace of mind.
I used this tube last night for a new born foal. The foal was up and moving around great, but struggling to latch and nurse for the first time. We were nearing 2 hours after birth, so I gave the colostrum to be safe. I wanted to insure that he received all his needed immunities. The colostrum was wetter than I expected (I thought it would be more of a paste) and he did spit some out. I realized this early and was able to lift his head to make sure he got the rest. He drank it without problem and then walked right over to mom and nursed. The packaging was easy to use and I am happy I had it on hand.
