I've been using B12 for a while just to ensure I get enough as I'm vegan, but have just discovered this brand which are by far the best value for money I have discovered. The pack has 180 tablets and recommends one per day so it will last a whole SIX MONTHS! That's incredible and much more generous than the other companies I have so far tried. I always love the packaging from this company too and the fact the products are made in Britain. The tablets themselves are dinky, so very easy to swallow. 10 out of 10 for everything with this product!

Starting With Likes; B12 Has Done Amazing With My Fatique .. When I Would Be Strugging And Just Feeling Tired & Weak. I Noticed A Huge Difference When Taking Them. It Was Like A New Spirt Of Energy For Me! I Have Also Noticed That My Mind Has Been A Lot Sharper Recently Coming To My Focus, Memory & Consontration. With Being A Mummy Of Two This Was A Lovely Bonous As I Wanted To Test These For The Stated Of Fatique & Tiredness.Dislikes; This Is Only A Small Section Indeed. One Little Fussy Point Was I Know Most Supplements Normally Do Come In Just A Pot But As The Tablets Are Small & Fragile I Did Notice Quiet A Bit Of Mess A The Bottom where Some Tablets Had Been Shaken Around Too Much. I Know Also Make Sure Ive Had Them Before Going Out As I Worry About Moving Them Around Too Much Incase This Gets Worse. Another Point Is The Fact I Have Felt Slightly Un Well Since Taken Them But This Could Be For A Number Of Reasons & Always Could Just Be A Coincidence As Well.Overall A Positive Review & I Shall Be Contiuing to Take Them.Miss Lawless

I have suffered from interupted sleep for a very long time and I am tired throughout the day. Since taking these I have already noticed that I am definatley not as tired and have more energy. I also wanted to take them as I have recently started going through the menopause and have read that B12 can help with symptoms also so thats another great reason to take them. Love the fake that they are vegan and made in the UK, that was a massive selling poing for me. Easy to take, very small and delivery was the next day.I imagine I will be taking these for for quite some time after seeing the early results. Would recommend

It is always really hard to tell how much difference dietary supplements make especially if you have a reasonably well balanced diet anyway and even poor so when you are getting a bit elderly and life feels like a downward spiral...I can say that over the last week I have been feeling more motivated to get on with stuff which is a great relief and I have even been doing a bit more and generally feeling a little better. There are 6 months supply in this jar at 1 per day and each tablet contains 40% or your RDA. Many multivitamin tablets also contain 40% of your daily allowance so combining these with a general supplement will not be a problem if you go a little over the RDA fore B12 that should not be a problem. £10 for 12 months of possibly improved performance seems like quite a bargain.
