i LIKE THIS PRODUCT AS IT TASTED CRISPY, ALMOST FRESH ELSE JUST REFRY IN A DRY HOT PAN TO BE AS GOOD AS EVER. I DONT USUALLY LIKE THE GARI BUT KEEP IT FOR EMERGENCIES AS DRY CUPBOARD FOOD. AS SEMOLINA, STIR TOGETHER SOME GARI WITH WATER, SERVE WITH SPICY ROAST MEAT, FISH, STEWS, SOUPS OR FOR A QUICK SNACK, MIX WITH COCONUT WATER, ROASTED NUTS AND COCONUT MILK, OR THE GARI JOLLOF WITH VEGETABLES ETC
