BalPods Open Type Earphones 2.5mm Balanced Jack

Pair it with the Qudelix profile and they sound amazing. Good build quality which is great as I do not take great care of my headphones / their cables. Comfortable in my ears without covers.

I could not find any reviews for these buds but at just $30.00, I took a chance as I have a quedelix 5k for over a year. I have been using the 3.5mm jack with $50 to $100 IEMs with upgraded cables . I tried my Sennheiser 6xx with a 2.5 mm cable and a tube headphone amp but not really worth it to me as it defeats the purpose of the tiny portable DAP. I am no audiophile , I just like to stream mostly HD classical music and Jazz vocals and don't use custom equalizer settings on the Quedelix 5k. I can't really talk audiophile jargon, but these sound much better (to me) with the quedelix 5k DAP and the 2.5mm balanced jack than anything I have, which range from $50 to $100 IEMs (on sale) and better than even my Sennheiser 6xx over ear with 2.5mm cable and small tube amp (which might be just subjective). Looking at the pictures I thought they might be uncomfortable and insecure in my ear but because of their lightness, I can hardly feel them in my average size ears. They don't want to fall out and they don't have to go deep to sound good. They also come with an extra set of covers. They will be the permanent set up with my quedelix 5k. I am very happy with my $30.00 purchase.

Wish they were smaller maybe rubberized around the edgesand stay in my ears I was surprised by how good they match the Qudelix 5K Ps. These are 2.5mm balanced plug

Works perfect with the Qudelix 5K and once the EQ is setup (check Qudelix forums) they sound great!

Bought it after the huge surprise of how good the Qudelix 5K is. Not sure what I expected from a pair of earbuds but it’s very underwhelming.

Estos audifonos suenan maravilloso. Los escuché usando un dap onkyo y un qudelix5k, suenan limpio, tienen suficientes graves. Totalmente abiertos, es decir, escuchas todo a tu alrededor y aun así escuchas un sonido mucho más superior a los audifonos comunes. Me parecen ideales para escuchar musica acustica. Yo escucho principalmente EDM y suenan espectacular. Me arriesgue comprandolos y que hallazgo. Si tienes con que amplificarlos, compralos. Suenan mejor que varios de mis iems. No te vas a arrepentir.
