Avedis Zildjian Company K Custom Hybrid Cymbal Box Set - 14 Inches HiHats, 17 Inches Crash, 21 InchRide

I like these a lot. They quickly became my 'gig' cymbals. Was reluctant to buy cymbals in a set again since I wasn't really happy with the K Sweet pack I bought previously but these sound very good to my ear. 16 crash is gorgeous. 20 ride is very nice and I can tell will only get better with time. While the 18 certainly isn't my go-to crash, it makes a real nice bashy washy ride. Have used New Beat hi hats for almost 50 years and been happy with them. These dark hi hats are a different flavor but I quickly became very fond of them.

All I can say is Wow! After replacing my old cheaper cymbals (camber ride, avanti hats, and zildian zht fast crash) with this delightfully shimmering and beautiful set of K's, I have to first say that the 20'' is the most pleasing ride I have ever heard! The 16 and 18 crash also sound marvelously wonderful, while the hats are a great combination of cutting chick and dark smooth rolling tone. I honestly can't wait to record with these after listening to them live. Definitely worth shelling out the cash if you have it.

Great set of cymbals. Im a worship pastor at a church and our old cymbals were very harsh sounding and we had a very difficult time controlling the sound. These produce a much warmer sound and don't bleed into the vocal miss near as much. They are a little on the expensive side but were worth the money to be able to control the overall drum volume.

As a portable church, we bring in different drummers with their own gear. One drastic inconsistency was their cymbals and the tones from them. For worship, we did some research, sought the advice of our drummers (many of which are professional-level musicians). We landed on this solution. For the money and simplicity of a pack for worship in an environment that needs some sound control, these are PERFECT and have greatly benefitted our overall​ sound in worship.

The cymbals are expensive, but they do what we needed them to do. We ordered them because our church is in a very reflective room, and our bright, cheap cymbals were hurting everyone's years. We bought this set and have been playing them with a set of hot rods, and everyone is loving the sound in there now!

Very Nice, I also have Custom A's which have a bright loud sound, the Custom K's are mellower but still sound great!

Love these cymbals. Nothing bad to say. Anyone that wants a great set should know these are awesome

I bought these for our worship team. Every drummer prefers something different and these offer some flexibility for everyone. And they look good. Most people hear with their eyes anyway. Cool brand, interesting finish..... yes they sound great!

Leider wurden mir von Amazon als Neuware bezeichnete beschädigte Becken geliefert. Erstens wurde das Paket nicht zusätzlich verpackt, sondern einfach in einer extrem mit weißem Feinstaub belegten Zildjian-Box verschickt, die Ware, die darin enthalten war, war von unfassbar schlechter Qualität. Die Aufdrucke der Becken waren teilweise verschwommen, als wären sie mit nasser Tinte gedruckt worden, das 18" Crash-Becken hatte einen Cut, an dem eine hellere Stelle durchschien, die wie Eisen aussah (obwohl die Becken eigentlich aus Bronze sein sollten) und die HiHats hatten an der Unterseite beim Loch keine Beschichtung. Es war definitiv keine Neuware und mit Abstand die schlechteste Zildjian-Beckenqualität, die ich je in meinem Leben gesehen habe. Furchtbar!

Amazing sound

At first I couldn't relate much to the sound but slowly, i started to love the cymbals, they have a good dimension to them, i play in small concert halls, like churches and stuff and they fit well with my set up. *But remember to note my first comment.

très bonne évolution face à mes anciennes cymbale ! je suis passé d'un kit Sabian SBR5003 à ceux-ci. Elles sont très complémentaires entres eux. J'aime principalement la crash de 18 pouces. Si dans les premier temps je n'étais pas certain d'aimer le 16 pouces maintenant je ne veut plus me séparer. je recommande à tout musicien qui sont versatile dans leur style musical

Ho dovuto restituire i piatti perché si presentano con imperfezioni nella lavorazione finale e con delle macchie riconducibili ad ossidazione, tuttavia il suono nel suo complesso rappresenta al top la storica qualità zildjian, anche se per i miei gusti il suono del ride risulta troppo scuro e purtroppo con macchie nere nella martellatura superiore.
