This 8-ounce pack of powder is a must-have for anyone who appreciates high-quality, organic spices. The first thing I noticed was the freshness of the fenugreek. The powder is finely ground and has a robust, authentic flavor that really enhances my cooking. The USDA certification and non-GMO label give me peace of mind that I’m getting a pure product with no added preservatives.I’ve used it in a variety of dishes, from curries to soups, and the taste is consistently excellent. The fact that it’s sourced from India only adds to its authenticity and flavor profile. BROW LAMINATION? YUP.
The outer packaging had a *very* strong mothball odor, but it didn’t permeate through the product packaging to the product itself. I purchased this to make a hair tonic, which seems to be going well. When added to water, but not properly diluted, this can harden like egg whites, so proceed with caution when using on hair.To make thee best brow lamination pomade:- Start with clean, oil free brows, face, and hands- Brush your brows upward with a clean spoolie.- Take a small amount of powder in the palm of your hand- Dampen a your fingertip or a clean Q-tip with a little water and dab into fenugreek powder, picking up a small amount. The powder should appear damp on the Q-tip/finger.- Press onto brow in an upward motion. You’ll know you’ve got the moisture/product balance when you see the product easily pasting brows in place immediately upon application; brushing over and over is not required or recommended. Using a spoolie for this step will not achieve the laminated look as the spoolie tends to pull brow hairs away from the skin and you need the brows to adhere to the skin for this to be effective. Work from inner to outer corners. Additional pressing with finger tips may be helpful. You may need to practice a few times, but I assure you, you can achieve pushed up, flake-free, last-all-day laminated brows with this product. The trick is to not disturb fenugreek paste once it has dried, which will happen fairly quickly, as less water is better.P.S. Yes, you will need to get used to the smell of fenugreek, but the upside is that your brows are being conditioned with this product and alternative is to either potentially damage them with actual brow lamination or to keep wasting money on products that don’t give you anywhere near the desired effect! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Do your research.
TL;DR Fenugreek Tea, Collagen/Biotin, Bamboo Extract Tea or take with water before or after sleeping has helped with skin, nails and joints (for joints might attributed to Bamboo Extract).Fenugreek is known to have many positive traits such as, promotion of hair growth, glowing skin, decent source for protein and etc. If you're like me and you're using this primarily for hair growth, I suggest learning whether or not your hair is protein sensitive. This is should only apply to people who wish to apply this directly to their hair. The best way it seems to consume this product would be by making teas and or mixing with a carrier oil (for hair use) after boiling the water with the powder. Just make sure you don't over do the boiling process as in over 15-20mins. I do not recommend consuming the powder raw as it will clump on the roof of your mouth and get stuck between teeth unless you take a spoon and dump a proportionate amount on your tongue and drink something sweet and or bitter (Orange Juice) to counteract the horrid taste. You can also cook with it but... no thanks. One thing to note Bhringraj Oil can be mixed with Fenugreek if placing on the hair and Bamboo Extract can be consumed with Fenugreek tea. I do not recommend mixing Fenugreek and Turmeric for consumption. Just look up online why. No seriously look it up.Edited 2/8/2024 added/removed words in 1st paragraph.

SO BITTER & DISGUSTING
The packaging was great. No complaints there. The taste is SO horrible, I have no idea what to do with it. It tastes so bad I wonder if I got a bad batch. Doesn’t smell good either.
