So glad i saw this! I need another. I dropped the computer and the tip broke off the charger. I had it a while and it worked great.

I have 2 of these laptops for work, and one failed, I will get anoth to replace the failed one, but not till I travel to the office. It was nice to get these, and expense them and Ill have 2 complete sets, one for system at home, and another to keep in bag for travel

This does not work well on a Dell laptop. I bought the correct one but the Dell XPS 15 does not see the chip in the charger so the battery goes dead. It works about 20% of the time after plugging and unplugging multiple times. It finally stopped working all together. Save yourself the hassle and buy an authentic Dell charger. I have done so it is working 100% of the time. Though the product did not work for me I was pleasantly surprised to hear from the vendor and offered a full refund. This is very much appreciated. So I would rate the seller and company highly.

Update: I contacted the seller and they sent me a new one free of charge. Amazing seller!!! Worked for a year. Then suddenly it worked only when I held it pushed in. I thought it should last longer. On a positive note, it did fit tight into my dell 15 7590 and did charge it without problems while it lasted.

Generic product and name, but it works 100% and is so much cheaper than Dell's brand name product. Honestly after the Dell product falling apart after 2 years and not covering the power supply after I spent $1,000 on the damn warranty is just infuriating. I don't want to give them a red cent after denying a power supply warranty claim. Rat bastages aren't getting any more of my money and 3 months later this generic power adapter is working just fine.
