JVCC UHMW-PE-3 UHMW Polyethylene Film Tape is a 3 mil ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene film with an aggressive acrylic adhesive. Its high chemical and abrasion resistance and extremely low coefficient of friction make this a versatile engineering material for many severe service applications. Materials slide freely over the tape surface with no-slip/stick tendency. High impact strength and shock-absorbing properties. Outwears PTFE many times over and is a good replacement when high-temperature resistance is not a requirement. Applications include: rub strips on conveyors; bearings and sliding surfaces; chutes and hopper liners; dead plates; wear pads; guide rails; tool tables and fences; furniture and drawer slides/runners. UHMW polyethylene tape is used primarily in automotive and mechanical applications. Wound on either a white paper or a blue film release liner. Country of Origin: United States.

Slick-thin-works great!
I read a review that said they only sent the liner with no slick tape on it…I thought the same thing until I really looked at it…it’s really thin but very effective. Clean the surface really good or primer.Check out my pic-To peel the liner off the tape use 2 pieces of blue tape, Press blue tape in really good and then peel them apart as seen in the picture-Works Great!

Great Stuff.
Super stuff. I was repairing an old painted dresser for my granddaughter who was having trouble pulling the drawers. This stuff on the top of the center rail, and Teflon tack tabs on the sides where the side rails contact the face piece and she can pull them out fully loaded with ease.

I bought this tape to line the bottom wood glides on wooden drawers to make them glide better. Worked reasonably well, but the thicker tapes might have been better for long term use. It does accomplish what I intended it for.

slick tape
just what i needed to get the drawers in an antique dresser sliding open and closed easily. tape is transparent and easy to apply.

Used this on an antique desk and drawers slide out much easier now.
