My husband is a paramedic and he usually spends his entire 12 hour shift in the ambulance without going back to the station. I always pack his lunch but without a microwave, options are limited. This lunch box is really great for him, now I can pack him hot lunches. It heats really well, so well he has to be careful not to overcook his food! It only takes about half an hour for most meals. The one problem with it is there isn't a good way to keep it cold in the lunchbox, which is necessary since he leaves at 4 in the morning. So we have to put the food in a container with a lid in another lunch box with ice packs and then he has to transfer the food. It would be nice if the metal tray came with a lid that could be removed before placing in the heating box. But overall it's been great

I received this product dented. When I went to close the latches it didn’t work because of the dents. I returned it back to the company about two weeks ago and still haven’t received my refund payment. Not satisfied AT ALL!

My son works for Caltrans and wanted something to heat up his lunch while working in the field. This is perfect warms up his food great and his coworkers got it too. He’s not stuck with eating cold food.

I bought this for my husband for Fathers day and it did not work. I even order another plug just to make sure that was not the problem and it still did not work. In the process of returning the item. I think this is a great idea for anyone who isnt able to heat up their lunch on the road, but I am now leary of ordering another one.

The plastic cover is cheap and easy to crack, so you have to be careful with it. the pot itself is metal and it works better with some water mixed with the food, otherwise you may burn the food. so far I has worked fine and I can bring homemade meals to the road.

Le encantó ami prometido el trabaja afuera y casi nunca hay lugares de comer cerca .vale la pena comprarla al precio que tiene ahí . Su comida está caliente en 10/15 minutos. Definitivamente la volvería comprar les eh comentado a otros compañeros de trabajo y la an comprado y están satisfechos con la compra . 😊
