Comfortable to carry: roomy, but still compact: like the separate pockets for food/drinks. Zipper is a bit stiff at first.

This held drinks and food and kept them cold. We took it to the beach and it was SO MUCH easier to strap this to my back than to drag a cooler. Would definitely recommend.

Update: the seller contacted me, sent a replacement and stated that the testing for zipper leaks would be upgraded. Great customer service! Love ordering things from companies who actually read and care about reviews and work to correct any issues.We bought this for the beach and it works well. The only thing is if you plan on using ice don’t bend over with the backpack on. It leaks through the zipper area. We are just going to use ice packs from now on so still happy with the purchase. With the backpack out in the sun for a few hours all the ice was melted so if we need drinks cold all day we will bring our yeti cooler instead. Great concept with split compartments and cheap price so overall it’s a good product.

So I bought this backpack cooler to take on my work gigs, I liked that it has two sections and planned to use the top section to conceal my firearm and money pouch & the bottom for food items that needed to stay cold. Awesome.... I thought.First time out - super warm and humid day, I had it sitting in the shade right under the table by my right knee for easy access. I work biker events, so you never know what kind of chaos might break out - armed is a good thing. That's why I was interested in the flip top style which could be left open and still 'close' to conceal the weapon.Anyway, since the bottom portion has zero "wall support", the weight of my Kimber CDPII (around 5 lbs) in the top section kept on threatening to collapse/tip the unit over - despite the bottom weighing more 😮Second issue - they could have used sturdier/more robust zippers. It is not easy opening the sections to begin with because of the design, the flimsy zippers concern me.Third and most important issue - WET BOTTOM!! There is not enough insulation material to keep condensation from building up on the outside - super drippy, though it was not actually leaking anything.I think maybe if it was used in an area that is a bit more climate controlled, it may not have been such a big issue, but I bought it to be outdoors.I have decided to keep it for another use, but as a cooler, nope, I will be going back to my trusty hard-side cooler.

Love this. I take it for me and my grandson for my sons games at the park. Its a perfect size for snacks and drinks. I love that there are two compartments and it carries nicely as a backpack. The pricepoint is great too. My husband purchased one for more and it only has one compartment. So we only use this one now

If you don’t mind water leaking from the backpack down your back while you travel then this cooler backpack is okay. Keeps frozen foods cold. If you use ice, it will melt and leak- so you cant put any electronics or phones in the pockets because they will get wet. Probably going to throw this away after this trip- its not good.
