Very good fit and are pretty soft, just not as soft or cool as regular boxers. They hold up good when washed with no color loss or shrinkage.

A bit big, but may be on me
A large usually fits me right, but these are too big to where they just get bunched up when i wear pants over them. Comfortable and thin to wear on their own to bed and such. I'll likely get some in medium
