Love these prenatal gummies!! They have folate (NOT folic acid - which you do not want) and taste great!The gummy texture is soft, which I liked. The Mary Ruth’s gummies are the only prenatal vitamins I could stomach during my pregnancy. I tried so many others and they all made me sick within minutes. This was the only vitamin I could hold down during my entire pregnancy. I’m continuing to take them postpartum as well. I’ve taken them for about 10 months total now and I love them.

These are soooo good! I started taking these at the end of pregnancy and am two months pp and am still taking them! They are my favorite out of all the prenatals I’ve tried!

These gummies are delicious, and im happy that i chose them as my postnatal vitamin! I do not have to take them with food, they don't upset my stomach. I love that Mary Ruths vitamins have natural ingredients, no artificial flavorings or dyes. compared to other vitamins on the market I'd say these are a bit more on the expensive side. you take two gummies for a correct dose. the gummies are the size of a large blueberry. I did subscribe and save so that i could stay consistent with these!

With my fourth pregnancy my morning sickness was the worst, couldn’t even keep water down on my first trimester so these gummies were a life changer. They taste yummy and I don’t feel bad about skipping my prenatals. The only thing I wish it came in a bigger amount so I don’t have to keep re ordering them. The shipment takes a long time that’s why I give them a 4 star. They do have a subscription which I ended up doing just so I don’t run out before the next shipment got to me.

Have been taking these since the beginning of my third pregnancy. They are easy and tolerable to take, especially in the first trimester. Swallowing a prenatal in the first trimester was not happening, so I opted for a chew and have loved these.
