Im on my last two pills of this for the 15 days I used it and it definitely works. The first day I didnt feel anything as I only took one but I did use the restroom once and it felt alleviating getting rid of basically everything unnecessary in my intestines for lack of better terminology. The rest of the days I did have to use restroom more often and did have some cramping upon waking in the morning but nothing that was horrible. Definitely be near a restroom though and discontinue if needed but I felt good and noticed some weight loss and less bloating as the days went by.

I've been prioritizing my gut health as of late, and these supplements really work to "clean me out." Yes, there are more frequent trips to the bathroom, but I also feel lighter, better, and I've shed a few pounds of water weight. I no longer trust my body. If I hear my stomach whisper, I RUN. If you’re thinking “detox,” just know this is less gentle cleanse and more exorcism. Do I feel lighter? Yes. Do I feel reborn? Maybe. Do I leave my house without knowing every bathroom location? Absolutely not. This product is not for the weak. If you start this, cancel plans, charge your phone, and make peace with your toilet. I don’t know how people casually “take this before work” — y’all are warriors or liars. Will I keep taking it? …Probably. Because clearly it’s doing something. Final thoughts: ✔️ Bloat? I am taking the pill for gut help, first day I took 1, wasn't sure what would happen, had slight pain, not using the toilet so I took another. Severe stomach pain that night at around 3am, reminded me of doing a colon cleansing. So I took two the next day. Same thing the next night, so I started taking it the evening before when I know I will be off the next day. The only thing I don't like about it, you really don't know when you will start using the bathroom, the bottle or instructions doesn't tell you, how long before it starts working for me it is 6-9 hours, it doesn't tell you, do not use if you have a busy schedule the next day, because you will be cramping as a side effect, that is all just gas trying to cone out. Overall so far, it has been good to my gut, no bloating, feels light, wake up going, so I have my energy the rest of the day. But I schedule to take it, if you take in the morning, it won't start working until you get off work, if you work night, take before work, or on the last 3 hours u work. Most effective for me. And drink water.

Couldn’t make it past day 3. I had severe stomach pain to the point of laying curled up on the bathroom floor… I get ovarian cysts and this was almost on par with the pain level. Not sure if I’m just sensitive to the ingredients but, this absolutely wreaked havoc on my body and had me on the toilet the whole next day. Do NOT use this product if you have a sensitive stomach. It will not end well for you.

It did make me go to the bathroom the first two wks with almost no pain at all but then 3rd wk I stopped using the bathroom but that’s just me it might be different for someone else

I've used this product one day and already notice differences in my face and stomach. My face is narrower and my stomach is a little flatter. They say take only one tablet the 1st time to test your body's reaction, but I took 2 before bed with purified water and the next day, I could see the above results. But one thing's for sure... DO NOT take this in the morning if you have a busy day. The cleansing process is not to be taken lightly because you WILL be making frequent bathroom visits and if you're not close enough to one, oh well..... So, after one day usage, I see that it works and I'm looking forward to using it for a week then coming back to report the results.
