Improved sleep
I did not tolerate this product well and I don’t know why. But it may work great for someone else. It just wasn’t for me - I felt like I had PMS the whole time I was taking it. Maybe my cortisol levels are better than I thought. But I’m still giving it 5 stars bc it’s very easy to take, tastes really good, and I did sleep well while taking it
