Tasty and pretty healthy
These are delicious! Love that the ingredients are pretty healthy. The flavor is just what you’d expect from the ingredients. I wish there was more protein, since that would help keep blood sugar down. But it’s not very high in sugar (I forget the exact amount, but you can scroll through the photos above and it’s probably there.) Can’t say they are cheap, but the value is on par with other bars like this.

No Junk
If you are looking for a good bar with no junk in it the kind bar is it. I personally like they have no SEED oils in them. Taste is amazing keep in mind you have to like nuts and seeds. Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds etc The cranberry/ Almond is my fav.
