I honestly wasn’t expecting much when I ordered this, but it honestly surprised me how good of a massage you can get with this. You do need to adjust it for your liking in terms of position, but overall it gives a good massage for your neck and shoulders. The way that the arms (the part that protrudes to give you the massage) is designed well to give a strong massage, and you can position it to specific places that you need to massage.It’s portable, and it also has a strap if you want to use it hands-free (although I recommend putting your arms through the loop to get a stronger massage). Easy charging with usb C, and the controls are easy to use and very intuitive. It’s a great value for money!

Love this massager! My neck and shoulder are very easy to get stiffen especially after long hours of work, this massager gives a deep and more immersive experience, effectively relieving deep tissue fatigue and pain. I love its cordless and portable so it provides me with more flexibility and I can use it anytime anywhere I need! Moreover, there are 2 massage modes and intensity, so I can adjust according to my massage needs. I also use this massager on my back and legs as well since it works well that way as well! It’s a definitely worth to buy product!

I really love this thing at first it’s a good quality battery. Life is great feels great at first but then after a few minutes, you start to realize that it doesn’t quite reach the spots on your upper back that you need to or at least I need to.

It looks like a good idea for my much needed neck pain. I love high pressure massages but this one is very rigid and uncomfortable. There are better options / gears so I returned it.

I‘m a Massage Therapist of over 14 years with years of experience working in chiropractic offices. I have not been a fan of these devices for different reasons. This one I use myself when I can’t get into an appointment with a skilled Massage Therapist that knows how to target certain areas with the appropriate depth.This device feels much less „intrusive“ on my neck in comparison to many neck/shoulder settings on massage chairs. It will make for a very appreciated gift, including for the elderly .

Product works okay, does not get to the root of my neck and shoulder pain but probably not this massagers problem… it’s my neck issues

The grip is too strong and can't be adjusted it causes me more pain than relief. If you are plus size this may not be the best for you. If you have fibromialgia or any other body pain that isn't just from a hard long day this will be a very painful massager for you
