Sharp teeth on the pincers can scratch any water bottle. I had to adjust these also to allow the hooks attach to my bottle. Cheap and cheerful, it does the job albeit after a little modification with a pair of pliers.

Not used yet so review is not on usability.The product may be ok but I specifically ordered it because the description states stainless steel.It is not made from stainless steel - the description is misleading and confusing.

Not just for fishing
Coupled with Nalgene Backpacker Bottle - 946 ml it can be used to hang the water bottle over a fire.Works well.
