I’ve been taking MegaMen multivitamins since High School( Mega Men, mega men 1000)and now MegaMen 50+. It’s been helping me so great, gives me lots of energy, helps me during long hours of work and doesn’t feel like any energy drink that lets you down when it wearsoff

Solid, classic, quality multi at a good price. In fact, the dosage says two tablets... and get way more than recommended daily allowances, so I just take one tablet which makes the proposition even less expensive. I gave up the overpriced AG1, and I am just as happy and healthy with this multi plus some less costly quality greens powder; this multi plus the alternative greens powder saves me over $65/month compared to AG1, and the combo has more efficacious dosages so is actually very likely even better overall.
