This is the smoothest protein drink I’ve ever tried. The taste is so good. It’s a bit on the sweeter side, though I still like it. I’m not much for calorie counting but it’s pretty low. It’s not chalky at all! It’s made with great ingredients. I’m usually so picky when it comes to monk fruit or other sweeteners but this blends seamlessly. It’s great!

Review title says it all, but for more details, read on below.Getting protein from real whole food is always best - HOWEVER life happens and sometimes you need a convenient option like this ready-to-drink (RTD) shelf-stable shake from Orgain.Most of the RTD protein shakes on the market are chemical concoctions full of crap ingredients like sugar or HFCS, or if sugar-free, have harmful artificial sweeteners that kill good gut bacteria and can result in micro-biome imbalances that could contribute to a multitude of health issues.This shake is the best RTD, low sugar/keto-friendly, clean ingredient option I have found that is readily available via either warehouse stores or big box retailers as well as Amazon.It also tastes great! Theres no chalky-ness, separation or weird aftertaste; and you can even make a Frosty-like frozen treat if you let it get nearly frozen solid in the container (then open the flaps and cut the top off instead of using the twist cap), or pour into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze solid then spin/respin in the Ninja Creami. So good!I use this myself when I need a quick/convenient protein boost, and also buy them for my elderly father in long-term care since it’s a much healthier option than the Boost or Ensure junk options available from the facility.It’s also a nice shelf-stable option to keep on hand in case of emergencies to ensure you and your family will get high-quality, easily absorbed protein that requires no heating or refrigeration (unopened) in the event of a power outage. I even drop-shipped a couple cases to my brother in SC after Hurricane Helene knocked his power out for a week!

I have been searching for a 30mg.dairy isolate shake with no artificial sweeteners and finally found one! The vanilla tastes great. It does have Steavia, but FDA does not technically consider this an artificial sweetener. I have no issues with this one, but just to be aware. The other sweetener used is monk fruit. The vanilla has a nice, smooth consistency,with no aftertaste. It has all of the amino acids, soy free and only 1 gram of sugar. This product is truly in a class by itself. I will be reordering.

I could do without so much sodium but all these protein shakes seem to have just as much. Something to consider though if you are on a low sodium diet. I would mention first to your doctor. I have for lunch 2 or 3 times a week and it seems to fill me up. A few more flavors would be nice.
