The media could not be loaded. I keep getting these headaches even though I’ve taken creatine before. Always had the suspicion that the scoop looked kinda big so finally grabbed a digital scale to measure. You can see in the video that the scoop is at least 10% larger than what’s you’re led to believe (label says 5g but it’s about 5.6g).And for all the marketing around Creapure-based creatine, you still feel the gastrointestinal distress often.P.S. don’t mind the noise from the Roomba in the background.
