It's nice and gritty, unlike the other brands on here. I definitely recommend it for multiple types of dishes and the gritty one is more versatile and easier to cook. It also tastes very fresh and it's good. Very affordable too.

Excellent polenta
This is not precooked polenta. This is the proper stuff! 600ml water. Salt. Boil. Add 125g polenta and whisk. Then stir every 5-7 minutes, for 30-40 minutes.Add Butter Parmesan, salt, pepper. Lid on stand for 5 minutes.Incredible results.
