I love this stuff. They are large capsules and you need to take two. My very first time my tried and true method failed and I needed to toss one since once they get wet they get sticky, but I’ve had no problems since. I think I sleep so much better and I haven’t had any GI side effects. I think this brand is pretty high quality without being needlessly expensive.

I ordered these to help out with my sleep. I have been waking up throughout the night unable to fall asleep again. After using these for a couple weeks I am now sleeping through the night much better. Howeverrr, I ordered the gel capsules and they are HUGE. They also look like a roach, which is off putting. Sometimes they feel stuck, even as I am typing I can feel the one I took hours ago feeling like it is lodged somewhere in my chest. Eventually the feeling goes away, but it's really uncomfortable while it's there.

I take these at night before bed and usually after 20-30 minutes of taking it, I feel relax and start to feel sleepy. I would definitely get these again.

I started taking this product because I have been having muscle spasms. I believe this product is helping because the spasms are decreasing. There is no problems with taking the pills (digestive issues). The only concern for some people is that the pills are huge. I would buy them again.
