So far, the Magnesium Glyceride work really well! I have problems taking certain vitamins, but these worked right away. I sleep better and my body doesn’t ache as much! Highly recommend these if you struggle with Menopause or if your body feels fatigued!

I have been using the product for, I believe, a couple of years now. I originally started using it when my neurologist suggested I use certain forms of magnesium along with Migravent as a non-pharmaceutical solution to ocular migraines that I was suffering from. This form of migraine produces, for some, a non painful form of recurrent eye floaters that are very extreme and cause temporary visual distortions. While not serious it can cause discomfort and for some, until they find out what is going on, a trip to the ER. I have found the product a very great help as it very much suppresses the symptoms I was experiencing. It beats taking pharmaceuticals when appropriate as it hasn't their side effects. For some it may also be a cheaper alternative. The side effects of various forms of magnesium include digestive effects. I have found that with this product I am not experiencing any of that. That's a good thing.As to the cost, not ridiculous, although if I total up the cost of all of the supplements I am using for various reasons I could use my prescription drug benefit instead. If the supplements remain relatively stable in price I will not opt for that solution. It might be easier in some ways to get the doctor prescribed pills but they tend to have more side effects than the supplements when they work.

I love this magnesium. Hands down the best I've ever taken. However, over the past couple of purchases, they have increased the cost and it now comes in a plastic bottle. One of the reasons I loved this product so much is because of the glass bottles (I did save my previous bottle and moved the vitamins to a glass bottle but I'm sure the damage was already done by the initial packaging). We have enough microplastic consumption in our diets. For a supplement "health" company to switch to plastic bottles and increase the cost of their product is not looking out for the customer but for their bottom line. Not sure I will be purchasing it again, it's a shame because this is a really good product.
