Wishful thinking or its really working!
This might be wishful thinking but after 1 week I am seeing changes in my 7 yr old overweight dog. Vet wanted to do blood work to check thyroid apparently forgotten it had been done in June. Review the results and very low TSH. Since I don’t relish the thought of paying again I found this and started her on them. Started her on 2 pills once a day with her evening meal to see if she had any reaction. None but positive ones. It started with an extra walk. Then she started playing with her brother which hasn’t happened in awhile. And twice today she has wanted to play with me! She brought me a ball so I would chase her and then wanted to play tug of war. Going to keep her at this level for another 2 weeks, then step up to 3 for a month. She actually is in the 4 tabs a day weight group but maybe we wont need to go there!

Pup likes the taste.
My pup loves the taste. Eats them like a treat. I bought them because my lab has the “fat lab gene”. He eats everything in sight and out of sight. I’ll update this in a couple of months and let you know if I see results.

A good starting point for hypothyroid issues
So I'm kind of mixed with this review. I like the fact that a lot of thyroid support supplements were included in one tablet. However, over half of the tablets were in crumbled pieces. In addition, the cost of 90 soft chews was way over my budget but I was desperate to try anything. I used this supplement as a starter point and as I educated myself I found that buying these supplements individually are more cost-effective. After years of misdiagnosis from my vet telling me my dog has allergies, hence his hindquarter hair loss and hair loss on his tail, I began doing a deep dive into other causes which led me to a hypothyroid diagnosis for my dog. In addition to the hair loss, he had cold intolerance , chronic ear infections , an ungodly odor coming from his entire body and a heart rate that would slow way down if he displayed any kind of activity, he would literally fall over because of the slow heart rate. I follow a channel on YouTube called Veterinary secrets, which also gave some additional supplements that you could use for your dog with hypothyroid. After three weeks of using thyroid support with additional ashwagandha (withania Somnifera) and zinc/selenium, my dogs symptoms have much improved. When all is said and done, my dog will be on ashwagandha 500 mg twice a day, selenium and zinc, bladder rack sea kelp and lactobacillus reuteri as a probiotic. Also, Maca root powder as an overall well being supplement. Its magical stuff.I appreciate that I at least had a starting point with this product, but the more research I did I found that I could choose individually purchase proven supplements and not go broke trying to do it.

Not worth the risk !!!
I have a one year old female husky who hasn’t had a period, her poop is always watery never solid and she never gains weight although I feed her a lot and exercise her daily. After doing research i found she has hyperthyroidism so I was hoping these would help but after 1 week of giving her the supplements I stopped for two days and in the two days she got extremely sick to the point I thought she had parvo. She was skinny, puking, no energy, no eating, not drinking, etc. I had to force feed her water and she stayed like this for 5 days and finally she fought her way through it. She’s healthy and back to her normal self ( same pervious issues with eating / stool ) but she’s happy and playful again!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone giving this to their pets it’s not worth the risk I would of been devastated to bury my fur baby.. best of luck!

thank you!
My dog had many of the symptoms of hypothyroidism, such as lethargy, dry, itchy coat with dandruff and no undercoat, in addition to what they call "mental dullness". He's been getting flax seed meal, which did help a bit with his coat and the runs he's also had.A blood test on my dog was very expensive, so I did some research for a less expensive alternative and my vet suggested this thyroid supplement, so I decided to try it. About a couple of weeks later his coat was already much softer and fluffier than it used to be. His bad smell is almost entirely gone and I believe that a bath will help remove the remaining odor.He can also get up on the couch easily while before it was a struggle and I would have to help him. He has now begun to shed, which he did not do much of before, so I read this as an indication that new growth is taking place. Of course, this means more cleaning for me, but it is well worth it if my dog feels better. He has much more energy too and I will write an update in a month or so. I love that this product's ingredients are all-organic and that it's formulated to help the dog's own thyroid function improve, instead of replacing the hormone his thyroid is producing. The price is very reasonable, considering that you are getting 120 tablets, and it's definitely worth a try, rather than using expensive testing and medicine. In all, this thyroid supplement has improved my dog's quality of life, so thank you very, very much!
