Cypressa Roasted Red Peppers have a pleasant roasted flavour and are good as a standalone ingredient or when included in cooked or uncooked mixed dishes. E.g., they're very fine in salads, sandwiches, as a pizza topping, pancake or omelette filling, or added to an antipasti platter.The taste is deep and altho' there is vinegar and a small amount of sugar in the bottling fluid, the taste is scarcely there.Cypressa Roasted Red Peppers have a pleasant, silky texture without any mushiness. These peppers are the length of pointed red peppers rather than the squat capsicum. We tend to cut these peppers into halves, quarters, or strips which makes it easy to remove the seeds. The roasted red peppers have a good colour and attractive appearance.These are not only a good store cupboard item but they're worth having to hand when it's too hot to have the oven on. The price varies substantially but can be good value for money.We've ordered Cypressa Roasted Red Peppers several times and the quality has been consistent. I would both purchase them again and recommend them to others.

An excellent product, I shall be buying them again...soon, delicious.Well I did buy them again but unfortunately the box arrived all smashed up. We managed to rescue three jars from the six jars. The post office refused to take them back, can't blame them really with peppers, oil and broken glass sloshing about. I shall buy them again but only if you promise to pack them well with 'glass' or 'fragile' stamped on the Amazon box. I have deducted two stars for bad packing but the product is worth five.
