I used to get soreness in my calves to heels and some plantar fasciitis. I typically use these 1-2 times per week on setting 5. I train non-competitive bodybuilding 5 days a week and this seems to help DOMS on leg days very nicely. I don’t experience DOMS as much or it’s shorter. I was also able to have my doctor write me a note for HSA which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this product if you have disposable income.

This recovery system is amazing! With a basketball player in the house, along with a dancer, this system is being used by the entire family, leaving us all feeling amazing. So convenient to be used watching tv at the end of the day. The battery pack, with no wires is so useful. So glad we made this purchase for the entire family to enjoy.

Is product is very helpful for leg recovery. I would look at the size chart before grapping this. These are whole leg and foot boots. This will fit an average person. It wont fit correctly if you are under 5'5. I would recommend the separate products. I tried this on my mom who is 5'5 and her feet could barely reach the foot section. It's doable, but I don't recommend it. Also, the highest compression is 7. It's not that great but I feel it does the job. I'm 5,11 270lbs for reference.

I purchased this item to assist me with some leg swelling that was caused by a recently diagnosed medical condition. While the product is not cheap, The zippers are high quality, the material is high quality and the product does a great job.A few minor points:1) Careful on sizing. I believe I got the 32" inseam but did struggle on day 1 to get my swollen legs in.2) The feet could use some traction material so you can walk with out potential slippage.

These have saved me. At the end of a long day when my legs are so sore, doing a 30 minute session makes me feel great. I’ve recommended them to other friends and they love them too.

I like the compression performance BUT I'm having charging issues.It will not charge in 3 of my wall plugs, but will at times charge in a strip.Today it charged for less than 5 minutes and stopped charging while plugged in.Hyperice Customer service requires up to 48 hours to get back on this.Their CS is horrible, especially when I paid $952 for their product 2 weeks ago!!
