I was looking for a diaper cover that would give me complete confidence (no leaks) while sleeping at night. This one worked perfectly for me. The diaper cover fits high on my waist and the leg length is much longer than a brief styled cover so the pants provide superb coverage. Further, there is a somewhat flimsy tie that cinches your waist and elastic at both the waist and thighs that keep moisture in the garment. It is lightweight and has a soft interior lining that acts as another protection measure to soak up any small leaks that escape from a disposable diaper. I would only suggest wearing this in conjunction with a disposable diaper as the lining wouldn’t be sufficient for a complete wetting. Finally, I found a quality product that allows me to sleep on my side without the need of a bed pad. The size chart was correct for me.

This product has been a lifesaver for me. Whether I am outside or lying down, it has 100% served its purpose. The quality of the product is very good; the inner surface is cotton-like and does not cause any discomfort, the outer surface is thick and definitely does not let any liquid through. Especially the stitching and elastic parts are done very professionally and with great care. God bless the makers; the product may seem expensive, but I have bought other products and was not satisfied with any of them. However, this product is truly great. It has put an end to the issue of bed and duvet getting wet at night. During the day, it also prevents the annoying appearance of liquid spilling from the fabric. I wanted to write a review after using the product for a while. I washed it several times in the machine, and it is still in good condition.

These have been helpful working with Alzheimer's patients with incontinence issues. I put them over there depends pull-ups which reduces The need to change bed linens. I wash them on pre-soak with white vinegar and soap. Sometimes I have to actually soak them in concentrated white vinegar or concentrated otoban. But the urine stains can be a problem, which next I will try to bleach them. I read that the outer covering is not plastic, so it should work.

No, No, No, No, No! Horrible, do not waste your money. I've been dealing with incontinence products for several years regarding my husband and this is by far the worst. I've had cheaper products that cost as little as $15.00, that did better. The product description states, "Reusable Leak-Proof Underwear for Men." Nothing could be further from the truth. He put these on over THREE pairs of Depends and the next morning, big leak in the bed. Thank God I had a "real" leak-proof pad underneath him. I would send the pics but too gross. Too bad I didn't listen to the others who stated this was a bad product. And just think, I was going to buy two pair.

Holy cow!!!! I don’t write many product reviews but let me tell ya what I will on this one. I have a 12 year-old boy with a bed wetting problem and every night he would pee right through my blankets sheets, and two mattress protectors straight through to my mattress. The amount of laundry I have done since my son was little is just really frustrating. These shorts may not look like much but they’re absorbency in the inside and plastic on the outside. He wears them over a pull-up and these short catch whatever leaks out from his pull-up. So for two days since he’s been wearing them, I haven’t had to change the bedding. I’m one happy mumma!!! he does say they’re a little bit hot because it doesn’t breathe. It’s better than having to wash laundry every day now I haven’t washed them yet but when I do, I’m gonna wash them by hand so they don’t tear up and just let them dry naturally. I did see another review that said someone put them in the washing machine and they tore up so I’m not gonna do that. I hope my review helps someone who’s thinking about getting these and I’m not even gonna test the durability. He just basically wears them to bed and I tell him to take them off in the morning and get in the shower so he’s not wearing them throughout the day, tearing them up. But they haven’t broken yet thus far.

I'm absolutely blown away! At first my head couldn't wrap around the bloomer style, but I wanted to give them a shot. Being incontinent it's sometimes hard to find what I need, but after trying these out, they're so soft and form fitting, with a comfortable outside. They're light weight but not diaphanous. They have a light drawstring, so it doesn't have a hard knot against the waist while sleeping, and the elastic is well covered and comfortable. They made me feel very protected leading to one of the best nights of sleep I had in a while. (My only issue is I couldn't by multiple pairs at the time.) I will probably order more. STRONGLY SUGGESTED!
