i'm a little disappointed. Mine came in all scratched up, i added pictures but there is more scratches that i showed. the brand gold color plate came all discolored it looks old not new. The paint scratches off so easily apparently. i thought spending extra to get a nantucket would be worth it but i'm really disappointed that it came looking like it was all worn down when its supposed to be new. The black strap is unraveling and i just opened the box today! the basket would of been perfect and worth the money if the strap was not unraveling, the brand plate was not discolored and if it didn't have the paint scratched off in multiple places on the basket wire itself. the basket is very sturdy but the strap isn't at all.

Love it! Came perfect and fits great on my cruiser. Btw a little add. 3/8 washers on the top mounting part (handles) does the trick for keeping it secure. My hubs and I tried 2 sizes. 3/8 does the trick!

I don't really like the way it sits on the handles and it even fell off easily when I was trying to lock my bike up. The gold Nantucket emblem had the protective lining on it so I assume the basket was new, but the emblem was pretty beat up and looked as though it had some weather damage. I would have returned it but when it went flying off my bike it got banged up so I figured I'm stuck with it now. I would suggest getting a different basket.

Love my basket! It’s pretty secure for a removable basket, and is a perfect size. The quality is excellent, and color (gray) is cute. The holes in the corners are larger so I recommend a basket liner so you don’t lose anything accidentally, but you can sew one really easily. Would definitely purchase again.

This basket is exactly for what I was looking for. It's bigger than I expected and easy to install. It's secure - no need to use zip ties like another reviewer mentioned. To release the basket from the bracket, you lift the handles up and when putting it back on the bracket, holding the handles up, connect it to the bracket, then fold the handles down and it will "lock" in place. To carry smaller items you'll need a bag or liner, so I just have a cute floral bag to keep my small things secure.

Love this basket. Perfect size for my bike and the color matches almost identical. It is a light mint green. Easy lift off if you want to take it into a store/market.
