This KY tape is a staple in our home. My husband uses this particular tape for his wrist for bowling. Great product

Can't belive it but it works! I was skeptical but it actually made my knee feel better. My PT person showed my how apply the tape correctly around my knee. There is a specific way it needs to be applied for different areas of your body. She took a course on how to apply it correctly so that it works so look fir those instructions online. Only issue I had was the corners of the tape curled a little bit after my 1st night sleeping from Rolling around and moving my leg. I used some regular bandage tape and taped the corners down.

Reliable as always. I don't use the tape often for the arthritis, since Voltaren works well. But every once in a while this comes in handy

Not bad, but if this is extra sticky, we have an issue here. I tested this tape against the el-cheap-o CVS brand, and after playing a 90-minute soccer session, the CVS Brand is always the one left standing. Save your money and go get the CVS Brand until Rock gets the extra stick part right. This version isn't really that effective at this point. The quality of the material is good, though the tape does not tear.
