I am currently on a diabetes remission diet, which consists of shakes and soups. These flavourings are brilliant for adding to the shakes. Just 4 or 5 drops are enough to make a big difference. I've been using them every day for almost a month and they've hardly gone down great value for money. Would buy again.

Cute tiny bottles of flavourings in a compact box, great for storing. Some are water based and some are oil based. I tried two flavours but unfortunately didn't enjoy them. I put them in drinks and was disappointed to find them a bit oily and artificial. However I am going to keep trying these in other ways as they can be used in baking, milk, desserts, ice cream, sweets, even lip balm and lip gloss. They have a long shelf life to mid 2027.
