Does what it needs to do. Have bought a number of these to address a back misalignment issue on recommendation of my physio. I have to glue them in to the shoe to stay in one place. They are as durable as the shoe I fit them in.

Seemed like a good buy initially - but the cork began to crack after a few weeks wear. Let's hope there's something more durable out there.

The texture was too hard. Odd thing too say but can't find the words otherwise.Size and delivery as expected.
