I purchased this telescope, but it does not work at all—I am unable to see anything through it. I applied for a replacement, but the product was never picked up. Now I am stuck with a useless product and my money is also blocked. This has been a very disappointing experience. I strongly advise others not to buy this product.

The telescope is nice to my opinion this is the best option for starters and beginners and we can easily assemble the telescope it is value for money and the viewing ability is great and zoom quality is great and the alignment is great ithout the erecting piece we should directly see through the triangler piece to align and with the erecting piece (borrow lense) we should also directly se without the eye piece and after we align we should tighten the screws to keep it locked to the thing you want to see and remember if your grown up and you can't bend you can use a table for the erecting piece and if your a child you can bend and for the erecting piece you need to remove the triangler piece just in case if you have a table use that or if you have any higher place keep your telescope their
