I had a very large visible and deep cyst removed right near my shoulder blade. 2 doctors did not want to touch it, So I had it for years! Finally, I found a surgeon to remove it. Problem, he had to go in again, It was draining over 2 months! Next step would have been going in to the hospital to see what was going on! My original dressing is what they used at the doctors. I always felt pinches ext: When I was about to run out of dressing, I looked into other ones. Found these! I went from uncomfortable, and completely gross to comfortable and 4 little pin hole marks on the dressing in 22 hours!! These dressings have a sticky surface on the gauze. I believe the sticky surface kept my skin from moving as I moved that enabled my body to heal. YES! I highly recommend these, especially if your issue is in a spot that has a lot of movement!

My 79-year-old husband takes blood thinners and has fragile skin which tears with the least scrape and bleeds abundantly. These patches cover the wound well. The adhesive sides seal the bandage to retain leakage. The patch itself does not stick to the wound, and will not pull of a scab. The edge adhesive, when removed carefully, does not hurt him. These are the best.

Mepilex like dressing. Gentle adhesive sticks but no damage. Able to reposition and check wound. Absorb small amount of drainage. Size of 3x3 is ok for small wounds arm and legs. Not helpful size for elbows or heels. Would work for a real small area on coccyx.

Though it states it is waterproof it came off after it was wet. Finally covered my hand with a glove to keep it on.
