Easy to use, stick well, but after using for 14 days straight I'm still on shade 7 same as at the very beginning so they have literally not done anything. I don't smoke or drink coffee, but I've also not had any tea for 2 weeks to not counteract the whitening. For me this was a complete waste unfortunately

the strips stick very well if you follow the directions of the back of the box. very easy to use, dry your teeth beforehand and stick it in, 30 minutes later and you are good to go. it lasts for ages ( 6 months if you use it weekly) the only issue that makes me gives it 4 stars is that i salivate a lot when i have it on, i am pretty sure its normal but that's something to look out for especially for people with GERD or any issues with swallowing as you will have to do that. overall its a pretty good whitening strip for the price and ease of use

I went through the whole box before review, I'm the perfect candidate, I don't drink coffee or alcohol or citric, I had slight yellowing in my teeth, I follow directions to a T and nothing happened not even one shade whiter. This is too weak for anything to happen. I do not recommend.
