Men's Tactical Large Backpack

We needed tactical survival prepping backpacks for both of us and we're very glad to get them. Mine is very similar to my husband's backpack and is very large and has a lot of capacity to put everything we need in it for survival, including many pockets. The grey green camo design is great. The straps are very sturdy and durable. Unfortunately, the handle stinks horribly of what has come to be known as cp China plastic and it stinks horribly like a gas tank. The petroleum odor is overpowering and anyone who is sensitive to toxic petrochemicals won't be able to tolerate the fumes and will not want to use it. My husband had to wear gloves to cut and break the handle in pieces and remove them from the backpack and he put them outside to get rid of the toxic stink. We opened the windows for awhile to circulate some fresh air to help us feel better and finally after awhile, the air was easier to breathe and we felt better. It's appalling that cp is still being used in the manufacturing of many plastic products. We're going to make sure that the next backpack we get doesn't have any toxic cp in it.

This large tactical backpack has become one of my favorite outdoor gear items, and I’m incredibly impressed with its quality and versatility. We’ve bought five of the green ones so far, and I honestly don’t think you’ll find a better deal for the price anywhere else. What sets this pack apart is its durability. The seams hold up exceptionally well, even under heavy use, which is where many other backpacks this size tend to fail. I’ve loaded mine up with everything from clothes, food, and emergency gear to heavy items like flashlights and tools, and it has handled the weight without any issues. The zippers are also strong and glide smoothly, even when the pack is full to capacity. This backpack is really versatile, thanks to the MOLLE system on the front. You can customize it with additional pouches or Velcro to make it uniquely yours. I’ve added a few extra pouches for gear, and it’s perfect for organizing everything I need for hiking, camping, or even emergency situations. The multiple compartments also make it easy to stay organized—there’s a place for everything, from your phone and wallet in the front pocket to clothes and gear in the main compartment. Another feature I love is the adjustable chest and waist straps. They distribute the weight really well, making it comfortable to carry even when fully loaded. It’s also expandable, so you can adjust the size based on how much gear you’re packing. I’ve used the water-resistant feature during light rain, and it did a great job of keeping my gear dry. The water bottle mesh pocket on the side is a convenient touch, and the pack even has hooks on the straps where you can attach a walkie-talkie bag (sold separately), which is really useful for group hikes or hunting trips. Overall, this tactical backpack is an incredible value. It’s tough, functional, and holds up well in a variety of outdoor settings. If you’re looking for a durable, well-made pack that won’t break the bank, I highly recommend grabbing one—or five—of these!

This is a very well made and designed backpack. Has a huge capacity (I just used it for a multi day trip on my e-mtb) with lots of separate zippered pockets for organized storage. Might work for a carry on pack for air travel (I am looking into it for a trip to the Philippines). Great dark camo colour looks very cool. Strong heavy duty zippers too and they work well (no snags).

This is the perfect t size backpack for my large Plein Air artists’ box (Pochade). I was having trouble finding one tall enough, wide enough and deep enough to fit all of my watercolor gear for painting outside and THIS IS IT! GREAT COLOR, TOO! The zipper quality makes it super easy to open and close one-handed. The comfort is perfect and the backpack fits me well. It keeps my bad back from hurting, due to the straps that go across my chest and waist. There are several pockets which adds to the functionality. The weight is light enough to make the whole setup not too bad for hiking a good distance. I am super happy with the quality and would definitely purchase again, if I need to. I can’t wait to add patches to make it more “mine” and show off my personality. This is a very functional bag…I am more than excited to put it to use!
