My eye doctor recommended I start taking Omega-3s and I can't stand fish, so I tried these. They are great. Zero fish/sea flavor, no burping later. I will definitely continue with these.

These are easy to swallow.

Simple. My Dr. pointed out that some of my 'healthy' old supplements were high in saturated fat. This one is not. Eat what the fish eat, he said. I'll stick with Nordic for a long time I'm sure.

It is hard to find vegan Omega-3 supplements from reputable companies with enough DHA and EPA to be worth taking. These are pretty good. I'd love them if the concentration had a little more EPA and DHA but they are better than the other options I've seen. As long as you swallow reasonably quickly there is no taste and I didn't find any after-taste after taking them. No leaks. No smell when opening the bottle. They are in gelatinous capsules so texture isn't an issue. A bit pricing but a quality product.

I’m not plant-based or vegan. I tried this because every fish based omega I’ve tried gives me terrible heartburn. I’ve been using this for a few months and zero heartburn. Bonus, no fishy burps either

But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes in a cardboard box, which I generally consider an unnecessary expense covered in redundant information. The bottle is about two-thirds full. If used as directed it will last one month. I wouldn't mind if they used a smaller bottle.The expiration date on mine (THANK YOU for not putting it on the bottom of the bottle!) is Apr 2026, so a little less than two years from now.The soft gels have a pleasant lemony scent and taste, and though larger than the average capsule are not difficult to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says 3rd-party tested, non-GMO, and manufactured in the US.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many questionable ones. Their nordic site is functional and informative. There is a bio of the founder, as well as a COA (certificate of analysis) you can view. In addition to email, there is a phone number and a chat feature on the site.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I am impressed with the company and really excited about the soft gels.I heard one health professional say if they could only take one supplement, it would be Omega-3's. The price may seem high for one month, but to be confident that you're getting a quality supplement from a reliable company is worth at least part of that, and if it helps you meet your goal for taking it, even better!Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

Nordic Naturals has always been a brand that I trust so I am so happy that they offer an omega supplement that is vegan! The main quality I look for in a vegan omega supplement is an EPA content that is higher than the DHA content, which is the best for absorption. But not many vegan omega supplements offer this type of breakdown. So I was so excited to see that this supplement from Nordic Naturals in fact has a higher EPA than DHA content! Some people may be put off by the subtle fishy flavor but I don’t notice it at all so I’m not bothered by any flavor or aftertaste. These are easy to swallow and are of great quality in my opinion. I wish it was a bigger size bottle since it is only a 30 day supply and I’ve been taking an omega supplement everyday for years so I need a bulk quantity! But for the passive user, I’d say this is a fine size.

I have used music naturals in the past for various omega 3 supplements and am always happy with the quality.This is the first time I have gotten a vegan omega 3 supplement but I'm very happy with these.My teenage sons and I have taken them during various times of the day and have never had a problem with upset stomach when taking these.They have virtually no smell or after taste, no stickiness, very easy to take.I swear my skin feels softer after starting to take these and I know all the health benefits that come along with them so I know that they are doing more than just that.
