Good return process... No questions asked.. New one sent right away!
When I received this, it was apparent there was an issue with the connection between the screen and the rest of the computer. I immediately sent it back within a week and waited patiently for my credit do I could buy a new one as I use it for work. 12 days later I finally got what was promised and ordered the new one which came the next day.I love this computer. If I don't know how to do something I just ask it and it tells me. Easy to read getting used to the movement feature and when I have to go fast I just connect the mouse. Well worth the money in my opinion.

Great laptop.
Got this as a gift for my sister for school. She’s in love with it! Clean graphics, great for essay, travel size, not too heavy. Just a simple but very good laptop. I bought this over a year ago it still works and she still loves it.

Not a regular laptop
Disclaimer: This is a CHROMEBOOK and does not function like a regular laptop.This may be a widely known fact but I did not realize it until receiving this that this laptop does not use Windows and does not function like regular Mac/Windows computers - Chromebook uses its own IOS. Because of this, you cannot use any Microsoft, cannot install a majority of programs (as they are programmed from Mac/PCs and the software is not set up for a Chromebook), and are unable to install apps like iTunes.Outside of this, the computer functions spectacularly! The touchscreen is responsive, the operating system is fast, and the battery is great. If you need a laptop for browsing, emails, travelling this is a great option for a great price but I would just keep in mind that this is more like a tablet with a keyboard then a laptop.

Black out! Stopped working!
The media could not be loaded. I just purchased this laptop in June and it’s been moving very slow since the first week. Today I attempted to turn the laptop on but nothing happens! The screen is black, no power is going to the laptop. Sending it back! I really needed this to do payroll for work tonight!!! Horrible!
