I wish the manufacturer made the straps slightly larger, we aren’t all slim little gym bunnies! But it works and has survived several workouts so far.

Love it! Yes, it takes a bit of time to get used to it but you do feel the muscles engage and the exercises are fun. I haven’t tried the ‘free week’ of classes (sticking to YouTube) so can’t comment on that.

I've been doing Pvolve for about a year now. I'm in Australia, so strictly via the streaming classes, as there are no studios here yet. Even if there were, I love the convenience of the online streaming. Purchasing the equipment direct from Pvolve and shipping to Australia is ludicrously expensive. The shipping is as much as the equipment, if not more, and when you factor in the exchange rate too, it's crazy. I started out cobbling together my own equipment. I started just using resistance bands instead of the P.band, a generic gym mat, generic sliders and ankle bands, etc. I then bought a dupe of the P.band and the P.3 trainer on Amazon, and both got me pretty hooked on the method. For the B.ball, I persisted using just a standard resistance band and a pilates/yoga ball on it's own. I was planning to sew my own P.ball cage around the ball and add clips to the strap so it was as close to the P.ball as possible, but had never gotten around to it. I finally bit the bullet and bought myself the official P.ball via Amazon as a Christmas gift to myself. The difference between this and the home-made version I had been working with is night and day. The ball itself is really dense and strong, much less give than the ball I had been using, meaning you can get much more muscle activation and resistance. The resistance band I had been using was very strong, but this one is stronger again and adjustable to suit your requirements. The difference it has made in the intensity of my workouts is incredible. There are some P.vovle items that I think you can definitely get away with generic versions, but this one is one I think the real deal is worth it.

This has become my most used workout equipment! I was very skeptical about the ball being attached to the resistance bands, but it actually really works both the inner and outer thighs. I also love that you can remove the ball so you can use the bands on their own or the ball on its own!
