A Flaw in the Design
The steering axle is too short for the steering wheel to be attached, or the hole is too far down the axle for the steering wheel screw to fit. I contacted customer service with picture, they sent a replacement that was the same size. Last response is they are checking with the warehouse team.

shipping was faster than expected. easy to assemble. grandson rides it every day. opted this type over battery driven so the kids get exercise. I think he likes it more because he can control the speed and it is always ready to go.
