I used this product for a week after I received it.The product however is just ok.I mean it has the gel and all to make it work and it does work but it might or might not be a proper fit for your eyes.There is some design flaws I noticed . First the Velcro doesn't have any thing to hold onto to take it out.The whole strip can be wrapped around your head and when you try to take it out you might have difficulty to find the ending .Like finding the end of the tape .Another major issue i have is the gel doesn't completely cover or wrap around eyes.You can easily see through the side gap.There is always a gap when you wear it and it doesn't completely rest on your eyes.You have to press onto the gel to touch your eyelids.But for 70% of the times it worked.I slept with it and it was good.But fit is always a problem sleeping sideways as it slips doesn't matter how tight Velcro is.Yeah its fine and good.. works also fine.But not really impressed with it for such price of 200

I have looked for a gel eye mask at a lot of places and this is the only one which I have found comfortable and relaxing.The other eye gel masks either have too little gel to give any effect or are very uncomfortable.This one not only covers the eyes but also the surrounding area and cools the eyes for a long time.the gel is pretty good quality and adjusts around the contours very well.My work includes sitting in front of 3 monitors for more than 8 hrs and this helps me relax my eye's redness and irritation.I would recommend this product to everyone.

The product that I received is different from the image. The pricing is not proper. On Amazon it shows the price Rs. 599 and the discounted price Rs. 185 but the actual price written on the product is Rs. 399. This is highly misleading right from the images to the price and the biggest scam is that it is not returnable. Even the brand is different. Fit wise it's uncomfortable. It barely fits properly if you have a large head. The straps are not long enough. Be careful before buying it. Most probably I would say DON'T! Thank me later.

This gel does not mask light fully and if you sit on bright indoor, your eye can see the white dim lighting!. If you go on outdoor, then it will be even brighter. So in such case, get a black mask and wear on top. Here are some useful info>> Easy to wear, not much stress even after 20-30 minutes>> Don't freeze, just keep it in any tray. You can continue keeping it on fridge and use it when required>> If too cold, don't keep it. Bringing too much temperature difference immediately isn't good at all!Overall, the effect lasts about 20-30 minutes if the gel mask has been placed in the fridge for more than an hour. But if you place for just 10-15 minutes, the cooling will not last more than 10 minutes. Depending on your need, do this. For a hotter areas, don't start wearing it at very cold temperature, put it in water for few minutes before wearing.Hope my review is useful for someone else out of this already 600+ reviews. Just by looking at it you can see its a best product you can get and when you put it on.. you are like in heaven.. meets all my requirement.. best comfort and also area covering is good and large... the gel take good shape when on.. you will really like it if you need something best go for this and not others a best value of money after a lot of looking and buying and returning and all problems this one solved everything very high quality and package was just king! or say, GOD! best packaging and easy ot unpack with a pocket knives

Too uncomfortable to wear. But it feels good on the eyes. But you can get the same effect with some cloth/plastic bags and some ice cubes.
