It resembles a cloche and I am using it as that too! 😆 It is light but sturdy and very well-made. It is a very versatile item. I have been using it as a lid on smaller skillets and as a cloche too. Worth buying.

I’ve been searching for a domed lid like this for so long. Build quality is very good and the material is aluminium, hence lighter in weight than glass or thick stainless steel lids. The diameter is perfect too. Not too large. I use it mainly while making dosas, appams, pancakes etc. Since it’s all-metal (no plastic knob and things) I can use it in my otg as well. The branding is etched on the top. Highly recommended.

I always wanted one of these after seeing the American food show Man vs Food. Perfect for frying burgers, cheese toppings, onion and anything else you prefer under one cover. The "fried" food is partially steam cooked making everything you stuff into a breadcake very soft and tender. Easy to clean using a sponge.Only criticism is that it's a bit over-priced, but in hindsight you are paying for quality.

Great product which saves about 30 mins cooking time for me based of four medium sized baking potatoes. This is due to the extra large heat exchange fins which goes deep inside the potatoes. At lease halfway in large baking potatoes.

Looks good only just fits in my oven!Question please can I use on my oven hob?
