I love this product!!! It helps me in so many ways , especially with back and knee discomfort or I should say PAIN. I take a bottle after breakfast every morning with other supplements and before I know it I’m up and moving …. No unbearable aches and I have so much more endurance. The quality speaks for itself but it does not taste very good but 2 gulps and it’s down. A little pricey for me but it makes my 78 year old body feel so wonderful that I won’t live without it.Try it … you’ll be glad you did.

Love the flavor of these and the ability to travel with them! They are amazing for a quick pick up either during the workday or before a workout. I consume these DAILY and could not survive without them!! I sing the praises of these constantly! The caffeine is much smoother than other forms, and I love how it helps with weight management.

Have no idea how well it works because I just couldn't get past the taste. The stevia/artificial sweetener taste is overpowering and kind of made me a bit nauseous. Can't return it, don't know what to do with it. IMO, buy a powered formula for Ketone energy instead of liquid.

Ketone-IQ Exogenous Ketone Energy Shots with Caffeine: I recently started to order the Ketone-IQ shots based on a recommendation from a coworker to help me focus better. This is my second order and is different from my first order because this one includes caffeine. Where my previous order did not. I defiantly prefer this flavor over the plain one. However, since I also drink coffee, I suspect using this type with the caffeine I believe is causing some of my headaches. I plan to switch back to the one that has no caffeine to see if that resolves itself. I will follow up back on my review to confirm if it does go away.

I'm a daily coffee drinker and wanted to find a healthier alternative. I've seen this brand advertised on IG before so I decided what the heck let's give it a shot. You know what - this stuff actually works. It's not like a 5-hour energy shot where you have a huge crash afterwards or requiring daily afternoon coffee reups.The first day I drank coffee and ketone iq and really noticed my attention span, focus, and mental clarity increase. No afternoon crash either! I've been drinking it every work day and just recently subbed out my morning coffee in favor of just the ketone iq shots. Pretty glad finally an IG-advertised product lives up to the hype.I'll be subscribing on their website as their offering 30% off instead of the 10% here.
