Bought this toy for my 9 year old daughter for Christmas and it has been played with every single day. There are some small pieces that are easy to lose, but she loves the babies and “feeding” the mom. It’s very soft and perfect for even my youngest daughter to play with as well (2 year old). Cute. Kids liked it. They like toys with babies. Kids waited and waited all afternoon and into the evening but no babies came. We put the toy on fast mode but nothing happened. Ate supper, still no babies. I never saw a light above the cage door. Mom guinea pig makes noises but no babies drop into the cage. Finally had to manually take babies out. Kids were very patient considering the toy did not work for them. Very unfortunate since they were so excited and taking such good care of mom. Disappointing end to something kids were very excited to see.Bigger than expected. Guinea pig is life-sized.
